Engineering Manager

What you will do

• Lead all phases of planning and execution for large engineering projects, typically under $200 million in total installed cost.
• Manage the financial and technical success of assigned projects.
• Plan, organize, coordinate, and control project activities according to approved policies, procedures, systems, and requirements.
• Maintain day-to-day communication with clients and support client satisfaction.
• Supervise project personnel through subordinate leaders.
• Serve as proposal manager for large domestic and international project proposals when required.

Requirements

• Undergraduate degree in Engineering.
• Minimum 15 years of related experience; average experience is approximately 20 years.
• Knowledge of the relevant industry.
• Experience managing project budgets and technical delivery.
