Project Manager – Technology Systems

What you will do

• Support the planning, coordination, and delivery of technology projects across the MEA region.
• Manage defined project workstreams or smaller projects, including scope, schedules, budgets, resources, risks, and quality objectives.
• Coordinate integrated hardware, software, and communications-system delivery, testing, demonstrations, training, acceptance, and handover.
• Track project costs, revenue, margins, forecasts, milestones, and commercial performance.
• Coordinate customers, engineering, sales, procurement, suppliers, subcontractors, and other stakeholders.
• Contribute to project reviews, process improvements, lessons learned, and progression toward independent project ownership.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in electrical engineering, electronics engineering, telecommunications, network engineering, information technology, or a comparable technical discipline.
• Approximately 2–5 years of experience in project coordination, project engineering, systems engineering, technical operations, or project management; exceptional graduates may also be considered.
• Analytical, planning, organizational, communication, stakeholder-management, and commercial skills.
• Working knowledge of project management principles, tools, and methodologies, with proficiency in Microsoft Office.
• Interest in communications and integrated technology systems, such as voice communication, V/UHF and HF radio, IP networking, software and hardware integration, air traffic control, defense, or security systems.
• Fluency in English is essential; willingness and ability to travel across the MEA region, including occasional extended assignments, is required.

Nice to have

• Project management qualification or certification.
• Experience in telecommunications, systems integration, air traffic control, defense, security, procurement, technical sourcing, or subcontractor coordination.
• Experience with project planning, ERP, or reporting tools.
• German or Arabic language skills.
