Digital Systems & Cyber Security Leader (Cybersecurity)

Location: Onsite five days per week at the Mehoopany, Pennsylvania facility, United States

Salary: $85,000–$122,200 per year, plus bonus if applicable and benefits.

What you will do

• Identify and mitigate day-to-day cybersecurity risks, including coordinating patching across multiple systems and organizations.
• Manage access controls, digital asset inventories, security configurations, and vulnerability management activities.
• Maintain cybersecurity governance, policies, incident response planning, investigations, and timely incident resolution.
• Own the health and resilience of manufacturing data as it moves between production lines and downstream applications.
• Manage Operational Technology hardware infrastructure, including lifecycle management, asset governance, reliability improvements, vendors, and compliance.
• Lead digital capability initiatives and training that improve operational data access, visualization, and loss elimination.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Security, or a related field.
• Strong knowledge of digital capabilities, cybersecurity, and risk management.
• Familiarity with cybersecurity frameworks, standards, IT governance, and compliance frameworks.
• Strong leadership and project management skills.
• Ability to work onsite five days per week at the Mehoopany, Pennsylvania facility.

Nice to have

• Strong communication and stakeholder management abilities.
• Understanding of Operational Technology systems and their security implications.
• Experience with incident response, security incident management, and digital capability strategies.
• CISSP, CISM, CISA, or another relevant certification.
