What you will do

• Administer wire payments and bond deals for the Global Capital Markets team.
• Manage a portfolio of bond accounts and ensure accurate, timely transaction processing.
• Build client relationships and provide support throughout the bond lifecycle.
• Follow regulatory guidelines and internal policies for compliant operations.
• Use Solvas Agent and DTCC to streamline workflows and improve efficiency.
• Collaborate with specialists to ensure seamless administration and meet client needs.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in business or a related field.
• At least one year of experience, preferably with a wire team.
• Proficiency with software and a strong understanding of financial instruments and regulatory requirements.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, communication, and attention-to-detail skills.
• Ability to collaborate effectively with a team of specialists.
• Must be presently authorized to work for any employer in the United States and must not require current or future work visa sponsorship.
