Customer Onboarding Manager (NL)

Location: Remote role based in the Netherlands with weekly travel to customers across the country; preference for the Central region: Hoorn–Amsterdam–Apeldoorn–Zwolle.

What you will do

• Guide transport companies through onboarding from kickoff and process analysis to go-live and aftercare.
• Analyse planning, order entry, invoicing, and other operational workflows and translate them into an efficient hirify.global setup.
• Configure the platform and deliver hands-on customer training.
• Act as the main implementation contact, monitoring satisfaction, transition quality, and product adoption.
• Support pre-sales by analysing client needs and providing technical input during demos.
• Capture product improvement opportunities and collaborate with Sales, Product, and Engineering; travel regularly to customer sites.

Requirements

• Operational experience in transport or logistics, or experience implementing complex SaaS solutions.
• Strong communication skills with technical and non-technical audiences.
• Customer-focused, proactive, organised, flexible, and comfortable in a fast-paced scaling environment.
• Fluent Dutch and English, written and spoken.
• Valid driver's licence and access to a car for customer visits.
