Talent Acquisition Coordinator - Contract

Location: Daily Monday–Friday onsite presence in Milpitas, California. The role may occasionally require travel, nights, weekends, and on-call work.

What you will do

• Coordinate video and onsite interviews, including arranging candidate travel when needed.
• Greet and host candidates as their primary point of contact during onsite interviews.
• Support sourcing efforts through standard recruiting tools and creative sourcing channels.
• Schedule and facilitate intake and debrief discussions with hiring managers, interview teams, and recruiters.
• Maintain the Lever applicant tracking system through data entry, reporting, and active pipeline management.
• Provide a consistent, high-quality candidate experience throughout the recruitment process.

Requirements

• High school diploma and at least 3 years of experience in a fast-paced, in-person setting.
• Experience with Lever or another applicant tracking system.
• Strong organization, multitasking, prioritization, judgment, communication, and customer service skills.
• Ability to work onsite daily in Milpitas, California.
• Ability to occasionally lift up to 50 lbs and perform standing, sitting, typing, stooping, and climbing activities.
• Commitment to safety around potential industrial hazards, including high voltage, cryogenics, fumes, noise, strong magnets, lead, heat, and cold.
