Senior Client Marketing Manager (AI)

Location: New York, United States

Salary: $150,000–$170,000 per year, plus equity and full benefits.

What you will do

• Build and lead the strategic client marketing function across the client lifecycle.
• Serve as the marketing subject matter expert for enterprise client implementations, translating client goals, audiences, constraints, and ecosystems into marketing strategies.
• Develop customer communications, launch plans, campaigns, touchpoints, and resources that drive activation, adoption, engagement, expansion, and retention.
• Own the marketing operating model, including lifecycle milestones, handoffs, routines, scalable frameworks, and playbooks.
• Build feedback loops with Product Marketing, Growth Marketing, Client Success, Implementation, Product, and leadership to inform strategy and product development.
• Lead client advocacy programs and hirify.global’s Customer Advisory Board, including case studies, testimonials, references, thought leadership, and senior stakeholder engagement.

Requirements

• 7+ years of experience in client marketing, customer marketing, product marketing, or a related discipline.
• Experience with enterprise clients and senior stakeholders, including building trusted relationships and influencing without direct authority.
• Strong knowledge of marketing strategy, customer communications, product launches, and the customer lifecycle.
• Experience building processes, frameworks, operating models, goals, KPIs, and performance reporting in a high-growth or evolving organization.
• Exceptional cross-functional collaboration, strategic thinking, analytical ability, communication, and presentation skills.
• Strong AI fluency and experience using AI tools to improve strategic thinking, client insights, workflows, communications, and operational efficiency.

Nice to have

• Experience in insurance, financial services, SaaS, or another complex B2B or B2B2C environment.
