Apartment Maintenance Technician - Arbor Place #3

Location: Onsite at Arbor Place in Douglasville, Georgia, USA

Salary: $20–$23 per hour, plus eligibility for monthly customer service satisfaction bonuses of up to $250.

What you will do

• Complete basic apartment turns and prepare units for new residents.
• Respond to resident service requests and perform routine maintenance and repairs.
• Troubleshoot and repair or replace plumbing, basic electrical components, HVAC equipment, appliances, and related systems.
• Provide technical direction and training to other Maintenance Technicians when needed.
• Assist with vendor quality management and move-in/move-out inspections.
• Provide reliable, customer-focused service to residents and teammates.

Requirements

• At least two years of maintenance experience, preferably in facilities or building environments.
• Proficiency in at least two technical trades, such as plumbing, electrical, appliance repair, HVAC, or carpentry.
• Ability to work a flexible schedule, including evenings, weekends, seven-day work weeks, and on-call shifts of at least one week per month.
• Reliable transportation for after-hours emergency service requests while on call.
• Ability and willingness to perform physical work and move heavy equipment and machinery.
• Ability to read, write, and speak English.
