Business Operations Product Manager (Salesforce)

Location: Remote within the United States

Salary: $85,000–$110,000 per year

What you will do

• Own Salesforce administration, including configuration, data integrity, user support, platform optimization, workflows, automation, and reporting.
• Design, document, and improve commercial processes for media, entertainment, and intellectual property operations.
• Manage workflows for opportunities, agreements, contracts, approvals, execution, and post-execution tracking in partnership with Legal.
• Optimize Salesforce integrations with internal tools, repositories, and DocuSign to maintain accurate agreement and contract data.
• Translate business needs into specifications, implementation plans, testing criteria, rollout documentation, and reporting requirements.
• Support AI-enabled initiatives by defining use cases and operationalizing AI-powered workflows.

Requirements

• 3–5 years of experience in business operations or related functions.
• 3–5 years of hands-on Salesforce Administration experience is required.
• Experience designing, documenting, and improving business processes and operational workflows.
• Ability to translate business requirements into technical requirements for development teams.
• Experience creating user guides, training materials, and operational documentation.
• Ability to analyze data, communicate findings, partner cross-functionally, and work with executive leadership.

Nice to have

• Games industry experience.
• Familiarity with legal workflows in business development organizations.
