Staff Pharmacist FT

Location: Surrey, British Columbia, Canada; onsite at 2355-160 ST, Surrey, BC V3Z 9N6.

Salary: CAD 41.60–55.90 per hour, determined by relevant experience.

Retail pharmacy operations within a Walmart Supercenter, providing prescription services and patient care.

What you will do

• Support the Pharmacy Manager in daily pharmacy operations and ensure the pharmacy remains open during posted business hours.
• Accept prescriptions and refill requests from customers, doctors, and hospitals.
• Fill prescriptions accurately, efficiently, and safely using established workflows and counsel patients on pharmaceutical products.
• Provide patient services such as medication reviews and injections based on individual needs.
• Maintain proper pharmaceutical storage, patient privacy, equipment operation, and compliance with provincial regulations.
• Build working relationships with the Professional Services District Manager and other stakeholders while supporting business action plans.

Requirements

• Valid Pharmacist License required.
• Ability to provide patient consultations and prescription services safely and accurately.
• Ability to operate pharmacy equipment, registers, and computer systems.
• Ability to follow pharmacy standard operating procedures and applicable provincial regulations.
• Age 16 or older.
