What you will do

• Review medical claims for compliance with company policies and legal practices.
• Conduct management reporting and maintain accurate source documents.
• Communicate effectively with clients and team members.
• Apply professional etiquette, confidentiality, and strong organizational practices.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in nursing or a related field.
• 3–5 years of experience in medical claims review or a related role.
• Strong communication, written communication, analytical, and organizational skills.
• Knowledge of confidentiality, company policies, legal practices, standard operating procedures, management reporting, and source documentation.
• Ability to work in an office environment and perform tasks involving sitting, standing, and office equipment.

Nice to have

• Registered Nurse (RN) license.
• Certified Professional in Healthcare Quality (CPHQ) certification.
• Legal Nurse Consultant Certified (LNCC) certification.
