Dealing Services Agent (Fintech)

Location: Manchester, UK. Hybrid working requires 3–4 days per week in the office; the first 3 months are full-time onsite.

Starting salary: £28,100 per year.

What you will do

• Support customers by phone, email, and secure message.
• Help customers place and execute share and investment trades.
• Handle inbound calls and respond to customer emails.
• Complete all activity in line with service-level agreements and compliance policies.
• Build knowledge and expertise through structured training and ongoing support.

Requirements

• Interest in investing, trading, or financial markets; prior experience is helpful but not essential.
• Minimum of five GCSEs at grades 9–4, including Maths and English, or equivalent qualifications.
• Excellent customer service skills and a professional, confident telephone manner.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Competence with Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook.
• Ability to work under pressure, meet deadlines, and work varied shifts from Monday to Friday, 8am–9pm, including some bank holidays.
