Future Talent - Process Engineer (Food Processing)

Location: Kunshan, China; regular travel to customer sites is required.

What you will do

• Travel to customer sites and deliver process design specifications and drawings for BPUs and production lines.
• Support process design activities for sales, issue resolution, PLC, and PC functions.
• Coordinate with order teams on order status and changes.
• Break projects into phases, plan execution, and deliver milestones on time and within budget.
• Manage scope changes, propose variation orders, and drive productivity through reusable solutions and standard components.
• Capture lessons learned and contribute to improving processes, templates, and tools.

Requirements

• Completed or expected in 2027 bachelor's or master's degree in Food Science or Engineering.
• Knowledge of food technology and interest in liquid food and processing systems.
• Problem-solving ability, personal drive, teamwork, and strong communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and apply academic learning in practice.
• Fluent English, written and verbal, is required.
• Growth mindset and willingness to develop technical skills.
