Marketing Intern (Packaging)

Location: Denton, Texas, United States; hybrid with onsite work in the Denton office three days per week. Full-time summer availability is required for 40 hours per week; the long-term internship becomes part-time, up to 20 hours per week, during the school year. Regular office hours are 8:00 AM–5:00 PM.

What you will do

• Support marketing campaigns by creating content, coordinating timelines, and tracking performance.
• Create business insights and analytics reports and analyses.
• Research competitors, customer needs, industry trends, and packaging innovations.
• Collaborate with sales, product development, design, operations, and other cross-functional teams.
• Prepare internal and external presentations and product sheets in line with brand guidelines.
• Create mockups and order packaging designs.

Requirements

• Study in Marketing, Business Administration, Advertising, Public Relations, Brand Management, Marketing Research, Business Insights and Analytics, Psychology, or a related field.
• Strong team orientation, proactive and self-starting approach, and eagerness to learn and contribute.
• Some knowledge of marketing software and online applications such as CRM tools or Salesforce is preferred but not required.
• Must be available to work onsite for 8 hours per day, 40 hours per week, during the summer; part-time availability of up to 20 hours per week is required during the school year.
• Graduation must take place after the internship ends.

Nice to have

• Experience or familiarity with CRM tools, Salesforce, Circana, Mintel, branding, or related marketing tools.
