2027 Marketing Technology Intern (AI)

Location: United States; principally in-person with flexibility to determine the optimal working environment with a supervisor and team.

Salary: $25.00–$25.00 per hour in Colorado or Illinois.

What you will do

• Assist with managing and maintaining CRM, marketing automation, and other marketing technology platforms.
• Support marketing and client data management initiatives, maintaining accuracy, consistency, and integrity.
• Assist with technology rollouts, system enhancements, testing, documentation, training, and user adoption.
• Serve as a first point of contact for marketing technology questions and help troubleshoot user issues.
• Build, test, and deploy digital marketing campaigns through CRM and marketing automation platforms.
• Support lead management, qualification, and marketing operations best practices.

Requirements

• Pursuing a bachelor's degree in Marketing, Marketing Technology, Marketing Operations, Communications, Business, Information Systems, or a related field.
• Minimum GPA of 3.0.
• Demonstrated interest in marketing technology, CRM platforms, AI, digital marketing, or marketing operations.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to accurate, reliable data.
• Ability to troubleshoot issues, think critically, solve problems, and support users with varying levels of technical expertise.
• Must be legally authorized to work in the United States without sponsorship.

Nice to have

• Exposure to CRM, marketing automation, Microsoft technologies, AI tools, or related business systems.
• Bilingual Japanese and English or Chinese and English candidates may qualify for an exception to the sponsorship requirement.
