2027 Marketing Technology Intern (AI)

Location: Chicago, IL; Denver, CO; Grand Rapids, MI; Southfield, MI; or Wakefield, MA, United States. The role follows a principally in-person workplace model.

Salary: $25.00 per hour in Colorado and Illinois.

What you will do

• Assist with administration and maintenance of CRM, marketing automation, and other marketing technology platforms.
• Support marketing and client data management, accuracy, consistency, and integrity.
• Assist with technology rollouts, system enhancements, testing, documentation, training, and user adoption.
• Provide first-level support for marketing technology questions and collaborate with system administrators on issue resolution.
• Build, test, and deploy digital marketing campaigns through CRM and marketing automation platforms.
• Support lead management, qualification, data quality, and marketing operations best practices.

Requirements

• Currently pursuing a bachelor's degree in Marketing, Marketing Technology, Marketing Operations, Communications, Business, Information Systems, or a related field.
• Minimum GPA of 3.0.
• Demonstrated interest in marketing technology, CRM platforms, AI, digital marketing, or marketing operations through coursework, projects, internships, or student organizations.
• Strong interest in how technology supports marketing strategy, client engagement, and business development.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to accurate, reliable data.
• Ability to troubleshoot issues, think critically, and solve problems in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong interpersonal skills and ability to work across teams and support users with varying levels of technical expertise.
• The internship is intended for students who will return to school after the internship. Candidates completing their degree before or during the internship are encouraged to apply for entry-level opportunities.
• Must be legally authorized to work in the United States without sponsorship. An exception applies to qualified candidates bilingual in Japanese and English or Chinese and English.
