Marketing Intern (Commercial Refrigeration)

Location: Onsite in Bridgeton, Missouri, United States. The internship runs from the third week of May through the first week of August, with dates adjustable to meet student needs.

What you will do

• Assist with integrated marketing campaigns, customer communications, and sales enablement materials.
• Create presentations, brochures, digital assets, social media content, and promotional materials.
• Use Adobe Creative Cloud tools, including InDesign, Photoshop, and Illustrator, for graphic design and content production.
• Support product launches, customer events, trade shows, and strategic marketing initiatives with marketing managers and cross-functional teams.
• Coordinate marketing projects and track content and deliverables through completion.
• Participate in the twelve-week Ideation & Innovation Challenge and present a business proposal to leadership.

Requirements

• Currently enrolled in a program pursuing at least a bachelor's degree.
• Minimum 3.0 GPA.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, interpersonal, written, and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to prioritize, manage multiple projects, interact across organizational levels, and maintain attention to detail.
• Strong computer skills and motivation to learn.
• Ability to relocate if not local to Bridgeton, Missouri.
