Marketing Operations Intern (Fall/Winter)

What you will do

• Support Pardot list imports, lead data cleaning, and CRM enrichment.
• Standardize Pardot folder structures and audit marketing files and asset libraries.
• Perform email quality assurance checks, support deployments, and manage deployment calendars.
• Assist with Salesforce campaign creation, campaign member data accuracy, and legacy campaign archiving.
• Create baseline email performance analysis and assist with recurring marketing reports.
• Create, improve, and reorganize documentation for scalable marketing operations processes.

Requirements

• Strong interest in marketing technology, data management, and operational efficiency.
• Analytical mindset, strong organizational skills, and ability to manage multiple technical tasks.
• Ability to learn new software and follow complex workflows.
• Experience with Microsoft Excel for data cleaning and analysis.
• Strong writing skills for clear and concise process documentation.
• Student availability for a fixed-term, full-time internship.
