Intern - Kite Commercial - US Marketing

Location: United States, California, El Segundo. The internship is hybrid, requires working at the designated site for its full duration, and may require relocation. Fully remote roles are not offered.

Salary: $19.00–$55.00 per hour.

hirify.global develops cancer immunotherapies, including CAR T-cell and T-cell receptor engineered cell therapies designed to help the immune system recognize and eliminate tumors.

What you will do

• Support the development and execution of marketing initiatives across teams.
• Contribute to commercial planning and business analysis using market trends, customer insights, and performance metrics.
• Lead an independent summer project and develop recommendations for commercial leadership.
• Collaborate with Marketing, Medical Affairs, Market Access, Sales, and other functions.
• Present project results in a final PowerPoint presentation near the end of the internship.

Requirements

• Must be at least 18 years old at the start of the internship.
• Must be enrolled full-time in a degree program at a nationally accredited U.S. college or university and remain enrolled full-time in the following fall semester.
• Must be an undergraduate, graduate, or doctoral student with a minimum cumulative GPA of 2.8.
• Must already be authorized to work in the United States without current or future school or employer sponsorship.
• Must commit to a full-time internship lasting 10–12 consecutive weeks between May and August and work at the designated site.
• Preferred qualifications include MBA, PhD, or PharmD study, Microsoft Office proficiency, problem-solving ability, organization, and effective independent and team collaboration.
