Digital Marketing Intern

Location: St. Paul, Minnesota, USA; on-site

Salary: $22–$25 per hour

What you will do

• Support global digital marketing initiatives and create engaging content for digital platforms.
• Analyze customer and stakeholder input to identify trends, pain points, and opportunities across customer experience projects.
• Integrate findings into project and continuous improvement roadmaps.
• Partner with product management and marketing teams on action plans supporting organic growth across 32 global market segments.
• Collaborate with Digital CX teams and commercial groups to maintain alignment and accuracy.
• Prepare and present findings and recommendations to senior leadership.

Requirements

• Currently pursuing a bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Information Technology, Marketing, Communications, or an equivalent field.
• High proficiency with a range of computer systems and tools.
• Experience with Canva and other content creation and graphic design tools.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to work independently as a self-starter.

Nice to have

• Prior internship experience.
