Global Product Manager Assistant (Skincare)

A global beauty company with brands across fragrance, color cosmetics, skincare, and body care.

What you will do

• Maintain competitor records and monthly tracking reports.
• Conduct market analysis covering new launches, trends, and store checks.
• Brief and coordinate internal teams, external agencies, suppliers, and other partners.
• Develop concepts for new skincare and suncare product launches.
• Track artworks, assets, formulas, product design, 3D visuals, and point-of-sale materials to ensure timely delivery.
• Support 360° activation strategies and brand meetings with purchasing, PR, go-to-market, merchandising, education, and senior management teams.

Requirements

• Current student in a business school or university program.
• Passion and curiosity for the beauty industry.
• At least one previous marketing experience.
• Autonomous, action-oriented, solution-oriented, rigorous, creative, and responsive approach.
• Strong organization, attention to detail, multitasking, and cross-functional collaboration skills.
• Fluent written and spoken English required.

Nice to have

• Previous marketing development experience, especially in skincare.
