Real Estate Intern - Summer 2027

What you will do

• Conduct real estate market research and analyze rents, vacancy, development pipeline, and comparable properties.
• Prepare market reports, summary insights, client presentations, PowerPoint decks, and marketing collateral.
• Support transactions, leasing activities, listing preparation, due diligence, and valuation inputs.
• Build and maintain basic financial models covering cash flow, ROI, and IRR support.
• Maintain deal trackers and documentation while coordinating meetings, site visits, deliverables, and stakeholder activities.
• Liaise with internal teams, brokers, and clients and provide administrative support.

Requirements

• Current undergraduate or postgraduate student in Real Estate, Finance, Business, Economics, Urban Planning, or a related field.
• Must be returning to school or graduating at the conclusion of the summer 2027 internship.
• Strong analytical and research skills with an interest in real estate markets and investment.
• Proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint; basic financial modeling skills are preferred.
• Good English communication skills required. Mandarin is preferred for China roles.
• Detail-oriented, organized, and proactive approach.
