Early Career Intern - Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A)

Location: Atlanta, Georgia; at least four full days per week in an hirify.global office. Candidates must be authorized to work in the U.S. on a permanent basis. Employment-based immigration sponsorship, OPT, and CPT support are not available. Relocation and housing are not included.

What you will do

• Prepare competitor summaries and one-page PowerPoint presentations based on quarterly earnings releases and earnings calls.
• Research and present the strategies of hirify.global’s direct competitors.
• Produce daily, weekly, and monthly analytics covering Net Sales, AUM, and product performance.
• Develop index provider analytics on asset levels, revenues, and expenses.
• Generate market trend analyses on global financial market performance.
• Reconcile business invoices, research industry fee cuts, and partner cross-functionally on ETFs, Indexed Strategies, and SMAs.

Requirements

• Currently enrolled in a bachelor’s degree program and graduating by summer 2028.
• Interest in finance, financial planning, or analytics; relevant majors include Finance, Accounting, Business, Economics, Data Analytics, Engineering, and Mathematics.
• Must be able to work in an hirify.global office and be permanently authorized to work in the U.S.
• No employment-based immigration sponsorship or OPT/CPT support is available.
• Strong analytical, research, organizational, verbal, and written communication skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft PowerPoint and Excel.
