Investments Intern

Location: Downtown Chicago or Minneapolis, United States

hirify.global develops and owns real estate assets and manages investments across multiple asset classes.

What you will do

• Support the Ryan Investments Group across capital markets and asset/portfolio management.
• Interpret loan, sale, and lease documents and apply relevant information to investment work.
• Model real estate development cash flows using Excel and Argus.
• Evaluate and reforecast project cash flows for Ryan Funds.
• Support equity and debt raises through financial analysis and offering memorandum creation.
• Manage broker relationships, support property marketing, and present investment theses on future trends.

Requirements

• Be pursuing a bachelor’s degree in real estate, finance, or a related field and be within 18 months of graduation.
• Be able to work up to 40 hours per week for at least a three-month term.
• Have strong working knowledge of Argus and Excel, including complex financial modeling.
• Communicate clearly in writing and verbally and work independently and collaboratively.
• Must be authorized to work in the United States and provide employment eligibility verification.

• Previous related internship experience in real estate or underwriting.
