Payroll Advisor with Slovak/Czech

Location: Katowice, Poland; hybrid work with CET coverage

What you will do

• Process payroll-related personnel administration.
• Clarify payroll, tax, and social security questions.
• Support customers and employees in Slovakia and the Czech Republic with payroll-related issues.
• Parameterize complex payroll accounting cases and support system setup for existing and new customers.
• Act as a technical contact for payroll software users and help resolve software enquiries.
• Participate in developing and optimizing payroll software and service processes.

Requirements

• Very good written and spoken Slovak or Czech.
• Good English proficiency.
• Initial experience in payroll, HR administration, or tax-related roles.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications.
• Strong analytical, customer service, ownership, and accountability skills.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively.

Nice to have

• Hands-on experience with Slovak payroll processing.
• Experience with payroll or billing systems.
