HR Business Partner (m/f/x) (iGaming)

Location: Onsite at the Karlsruhe office, Germany. Relocation support is available for moving to Karlsruhe.

What you will do

• Partner with the Lead HR Business Partner, HR team, and leadership to implement the People and Organisation strategy.
• Advise people managers on HR strategies, policies, leadership standards, and employee matters.
• Manage employee relations cases and support risk mitigation through best-practice HR.
• Coach managers and leaders on talent management, learning and development, rewards, engagement, and retention.
• Drive employee data quality and analytics to support business decisions and contribute to recruitment initiatives.
• Lead and support HR roadmap projects and provide hands-on administrative support.

Requirements

• At least 5 years of progressive HR experience, including 3 years in an HR Business Partner or similar role.
• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business Administration, HR Management, or an equivalent qualification.
• Experience advising senior leaders, managing complex stakeholder relationships, and influencing people decisions across a broad range of HR topics.
• Confidence working with HR systems, employee data, analytics, and HR projects.
• English is essential; German is important for working from the German office.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, communication, coaching, and self-management skills.
