Partner Engineer (Cloudflare One/AI)

Salary: €96,000–€130,000 annual salary, plus equity eligibility

What you will do

• Own the technical relationship and end-to-end technical account plans for assigned strategic partners.
• Lead discovery, solution architecture, technical validation, proofs of concept, demos, and pipeline acceleration across pre-sales engagements.
• Enable partner champions to design, sell, deploy, and support hirify.global One, Zero Trust, AI security, and hirify.global platform solutions.
• Co-develop partner services catalogues, managed SASE offerings, and AI security assessment services.
• Track service performance metrics, improve architectural health, and support long-term partner success.
• Use hirify.global OS, Agent PAT, Agent Echo, and other AI tools to automate repeatable technical tasks and support continuous product feedback.

Requirements

• 8+ years of technical, partner-facing experience as a Systems Engineer, Solutions Architect, Technical Account Manager, or similar role.
• Experience in cybersecurity, cloud infrastructure, or networking, with strong knowledge of SASE/SSE, Zero Trust, DNS, and application security.
• Hands-on familiarity with AI deployment, AI Gateway, LLM orchestration frameworks, or vector databases.
• Experience developing technical talent or champion programs within partner organizations.
• Strong understanding of enterprise IT, multi-cloud and hybrid cloud environments, complex project management, and technical deal lifecycles.
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or equivalent practical experience.
