Content Marketing Manager (SaaS)

Location: Ireland. Cork-based: hybrid with a minimum of two days per week in the Cork office. Based elsewhere in Ireland: remote with a minimum of one day per month in the Cork office.

Salary: €60,000–€70,000 per year

What you will do

• Develop the content marketing strategy for the company's move into focused mid-market segments.
• Create and oversee native and third-party content, with Customer Stories as an immediate priority.
• Build and operate an editorial board, shared content calendar, content intake process, and central content repository.
• Define KPIs, reporting cadence, and attribution methods linking content to pipeline and revenue.
• Enable sales, demand generation, product marketing, and customer success teams to use content effectively.
• Maintain brand consistency and manage the content lifecycle through regular audits, refreshes, repurposing, and retirement.

Requirements

• Experience in B2B SaaS marketing, ideally with mid-market or upmarket exposure.
• Experience creating or overseeing content while also building repeatable content processes and operating models.
• Experience partnering with sales and marketing teams and connecting content to pipeline and revenue metrics.
• Strong editorial judgment, writing, and content development skills.
• Strategic thinking, operational discipline, stakeholder management, and confidence defining commercial metrics.
• Proven experience using AI to create content or streamline internal processes.
