ServiceNow Solutions Architect (ServiceNow)

What you will do

• Lead ServiceNow solution implementation projects.
• Own the technical and business design of end-to-end solutions.
• Conduct design reviews and data quality assurance.
• Manage communication with external client teams during sales and post-sales delivery.
• Lead and participate in RFPs, providing technology solution content.
• Audit existing client implementations and recommend enhancements.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in IT or customer support organizations.
• 3 years of experience as a technical consultant or business analyst delivering ServiceNow implementations focused on Technology Workflows, including ITSM, ITOM, and ITAM.
• Relevant ServiceNow certifications, including at least one CIS certification.
• Good understanding of SQL, XML, and web-based technologies.
• 1+ years of experience aligning business processes with ITIL best practices.
• Fluent English and Singapore citizenship are required.
