Inside Sales Representative

What you will do

• Respond to customer inquiries and process incoming sales orders.
• Close profitable sales orders while ensuring customer needs are met.
• Recommend add-on and upsell products that may benefit customers.
• Suggest alternative products when requested items are unavailable.
• Coordinate with branch personnel to provide competitive quotations.
• Follow through on product and information delivery commitments and communicate order details to customers and employees fulfilling the order.

Requirements

• High school diploma or GED.
• Sales experience or relevant training preferred, or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Ability to perform recurring physical activities including standing, walking, bending, reaching, climbing, and stooping.
• Ability to continuously lift and carry 1–20 pounds, frequently lift 21–50 pounds, and occasionally lift 51–100 pounds with assistance or mechanical equipment.
