What you will do
- Lead the European go-to-market rollout in close partnership with the CEO.
- Identify and prioritize high-value AI opportunities within enterprise customers.
- Build initial AI agents and workflows, then scale adoption across organizations.
- Run agent hackathons and advise C-suite stakeholders on AI transformation and rollout strategy.
- Manage enterprise relationships, identify internal champions, remove blockers, and represent customer needs to product and engineering.
- Hire, mentor, and develop the European deployment team while automating manual work through the platform.
Requirements
- Hands-on experience shipping AI agents, workflows, or production ML/AI features in enterprise environments.
- Strong knowledge of model selection, routing, evaluation design, data residency, and integration architecture.
- Experience driving adoption, renewals, account expansion, and revenue outcomes in complex organizations.
- Demonstrated stakeholder management across executive and operational levels.
- Experience hiring, mentoring, or building a European deployment or customer success team.
- Native-level German fluency and a base in Munich or willingness to relocate to Germany.
