Supply Chain Optimization Product Manager (E-commerce)

What you will do

• Identify inbound supply chain improvements and reduce defects by working with partner teams and suppliers.
• Research warehouse automation technologies and design intelligent sorting and storage solutions.
• Analyze inventory, fulfillment, and operational data to identify bottlenecks and improve efficiency.
• Develop standardized operating procedures, drive system iterations, and improve end-to-end collaboration.
• Lead process improvement projects, coordinate suppliers and internal resources, and monitor implementation quality.
• Manage logistics providers, optimize procurement and cost structures, and improve return on investment.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or higher in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Industrial Engineering, Operations Management, or a related field.
• 5+ years of experience in supply chain planning, warehouse network design, logistics engineering, warehouse operations, or supply chain project management.
• Strong knowledge of warehouse operations, logistics processes, warehouse automation, and intelligent logistics solutions.
• Experience with vendor management and cross-functional project delivery in complex business environments.
• Strong analytical, stakeholder management, communication, and project management skills.
• Fluent English required, with strong cross-cultural communication skills and the ability to bridge Chinese and Western business practices.

• Knowledge of procurement and payment processes.
• Mandarin language skills.
• Experience with European supply chains, e-commerce, or cross-border logistics.
