What you will do
- Support the product discoverability roadmap and drive onsite search optimization across multiple retail brands.
- Develop data-driven search, visual merchandising, and personalization strategies to improve the customer journey.
- Manage digital optimization projects from concept through delivery and prioritize roadmap improvements.
- Collaborate with the customer data platform and experimentation teams to improve 1:1 personalization and A/B testing.
- Lead optimization initiatives for trade events, oversee vendor relationships, and manage the optimization team.
- Review trade reporting and customer insights, presenting actionable recommendations to stakeholders.
Requirements
- Proven experience in a digital optimization role.
- Expertise in onsite search optimization and merchandising tools such as Algolia or Attraqt.
- Strong analytical skills, including A/B testing and data interpretation.
- Experience with analytical tools such as Google Analytics and ContentSquare.
- Strong leadership, team management, project management, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
- Experience managing relationships with third-party technology vendors.
