People Operations Specialist (AI)

Location: Hybrid in Tel Aviv, Israel

What you will do

• Own onboarding, offboarding, employment changes, leave management, and other employee lifecycle processes from hire to retirement.
• Maintain accurate employee records, documents, and workflows in HiBob and other HR systems.
• Support employees and managers with HR questions, benefits, documentation, and daily people operations.
• Coordinate employee-related payroll data and changes across Israel and the US with Finance and external payroll providers.
• Manage benefits administration, with particular ownership of US employee benefits.
• Support end-to-end recruitment and implement AI-powered tools, automations, and scalable HR workflows.

Requirements

• 4+ years of experience in People Operations, HR Operations, or a similar role.
• Independent ownership of employee lifecycle processes and the ability to balance recruiting with ongoing people operations.
• Experience working with global teams, including the US market, and coordinating payroll-related employee data across multiple countries.
• Excellent professional English communication skills, written and spoken.
• Strong attention to detail, interpersonal skills, ownership, and commitment to employee experience.
• Experience with HR systems; a bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Behavioral Sciences, Business Administration, or a related field.

Nice to have

• Hands-on experience administering US employee benefits.
• Experience with HiBob and recruiting.
