Content Marketing Manager

Location: Hybrid role based out of the Rogers, Arkansas office, with on-site work about 3 days per week and flexibility to work remotely.

Salary: $61,300–$76,400 annual salary.

What you will do

• Create content independently for defined campaigns and marketing channels using AI tools.
• Develop content for blogs, webinars, long-form thought leadership, web, email, social, and sales enablement.
• Design content to drive SEO visits, multi-page engagement, and qualified leads.
• Conduct keyword and topic research and apply SEO and AEO best practices to improve discoverability.
• Own editorial calendars and manage multiple deliverables and timelines.
• Coordinate with designers and subject matter experts to keep production on schedule and aligned with brand standards.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• 2–5 years of relevant experience in content marketing, copywriting, journalism, or a related field.
• Demonstrated AI aptitude and curiosity.
• Experience writing for multiple channels and audiences, with working knowledge of SEO, AEO, and content performance metrics.
• Strong project management, communication, organizational, and deadline-management skills.
• Portfolio demonstrating range across web, social, email, and sales enablement content, plus competence with Microsoft Office and standard content or marketing platforms.
