Professional Services Consultant (Cybersecurity)

What you will do

• Understand customer engagements, including objectives, scope, business requirements, and technical requirements.
• Participate in architecture design workshops, scoping meetings, and statements of work development with customers and partners.
• Create technical project documentation, including architecture designs, migration plans, test plans, implementation plans, and as-built guides.
• Deploy, configure, test, troubleshoot, and optimize hirify.global security solutions in customer environments.
• Support rollout, migration, and go-live activities, including knowledge transfer for customer staff.
• Resolve or escalate issues, complete project administration, and maintain current knowledge of relevant technologies and services.

Requirements

• 10+ years of experience in LAN/WAN/Internet consulting, support, or administration.
• 6+ years of experience with network security products.
• Expertise in NGFW and at least two additional security technologies, such as Email Security, Advanced Threat Protection, Endpoint Security, Application Security, Web Application Firewall, SIEM, Network Virtualization, SDN, or cloud-based security technologies.
• Strong presentation, technical documentation, troubleshooting, communication, and customer service skills.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively, manage shifting priorities, and complete projects successfully.
• Bachelor’s degree in a technical or management discipline, or equivalent extensive work experience.
