Cybersecurity & Compliance Specialist (Aerospace)

What you will do

• Maintain and improve the information security management system in alignment with global security frameworks.
• Define and review technical controls covering network security, system hardening, and disaster recovery and business continuity plans.
• Perform cybersecurity gap analyses, maturity diagnostics, and risk management activities to protect company assets.
• Partner with IT and network teams to embed Zero Trust principles into new projects.
• Participate in internal and external audits and compliance reviews involving ISO 27001, NIS2, and ENS.
• Develop cybersecurity training and awareness initiatives for internal teams.

Requirements

• Degree in Computer Science, Telecommunications, or a related field.
• Solid experience in cybersecurity or IT, including systems administration or network engineering.
• Familiarity with implementing security frameworks such as ISO 27001, NIS2, ENS, or equivalent standards.
• Ability to manage technical tasks or projects autonomously with a proactive, solution-oriented approach.
• Full professional proficiency in English and Spanish is mandatory.

Nice to have

• CISSP, CISA, CRISC, or ISO 27001 Lead Auditor certification.
• Experience with GRC, Magerit, EBIOS, or CCN-STIC regulatory standards.
• Knowledge of French.
