Senior IT Project Manager (Salesforce Transformation)

What you will do

• Lead end-to-end Salesforce transformation projects, including org simplification, system consolidation, and platform optimization.
• Manage Salesforce integrations with third-party applications and reduce application landscape complexity.
• Drive enhancements to digital communication platforms and related business capabilities.
• Develop and manage project plans, schedules, budgets, resources, risks, and dependencies.
• Coordinate Business, IT, Salesforce, Architecture, and external vendor teams.
• Facilitate stakeholder alignment, governance meetings, status reporting, executive communications, and quality delivery.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Business Administration, Engineering, or a related field.
• At least 5 years of experience managing enterprise IT projects.
• Experience delivering Salesforce CRM implementations, enhancements, or transformation initiatives.
• Strong understanding of Salesforce multi-org architectures, integration patterns, system simplification, third-party integrations, and application rationalization.
• Proficiency in Agile and Waterfall project management methodologies.
• Strong stakeholder management, governance, risk management, and communication skills.
