What you will do

• Conduct functionality, usability, consistency, content, and hardware compatibility testing across multiple game builds.
• Create and maintain test plans to verify that builds meet quality standards before release.
• Document, reproduce, track, and help resolve defects in JIRA while collaborating with programmers.
• Prepare weekly reports on issues and concerns for the Quality Services Manager.
• Support the customer support team during peak periods by resolving user inquiries through the online ticketing system.

Requirements

• Strong gameplay skills and experience with mobile games and multiple testing platforms.
• Knowledge of quality assurance, STLC, SDLC, and the defect lifecycle.
• Experience with regression, smoke, exploratory, ad-hoc, and localization testing.
• Strong attention to detail, written communication, organization, time management, and interpersonal skills.
• Proficiency with Google Suite, Adobe, Atlassian products, and preferably JIRA.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a desk-based environment using computers, tablets, and smartphones.
