Growth Marketer (AI SaaS)

What you will do

• Build SEO and AEO into major inbound channels while maintaining a high standard for content quality.
• Run paid search and paid social campaigns, including creative, targeting, and performance reporting.
• Manage lifecycle email programs from trial nurture and onboarding through expansion.
• Develop website pages, campaign landing pages, and conversion experiments with design and frontend partners.
• Execute product and feature launch campaigns across landing pages, email, paid channels, and launch-day activities.
• Coordinate sponsorships and events, including podcasts, newsletters, and conferences, and report on results.

Requirements

• 2+ years of hands-on growth or performance marketing experience at a B2B SaaS company.
• Strong depth in at least two of SEO/AEO, paid acquisition, and lifecycle email.
• Experience running launch campaigns end to end and executing the work directly.
• Ability to independently analyze channel data and report on performance.
• Creative, out-of-the-box mindset with grit, hunger, and willingness to work nights and weekends.
