Business Support & IT Professional (Financial Services)

What you will do

• Provide hands-on IT helpdesk support, day-to-day IT operations, and monitoring for the Singapore office and Asia region.
• Deliver high-quality IT services globally while maintaining high availability of IT systems.
• Manage workplace incidents, service requests, user escalations, and coordination with internal IT teams and third parties.
• Develop plans to reduce ticket volumes and implement automation.
• Prepare IT operational performance reports and analyze trends.
• Maintain adherence to IT protocols and standards, support facility management, and participate in the emergency team.

Requirements

• 5+ years of IT support experience, preferably in financial services.
• Bachelor’s degree preferred.
• Strong knowledge of Microsoft 365, Windows, Microsoft Teams, Azure, and Entra ID.
• Knowledge of virtualization technologies such as Citrix and Hyper-V.
• Excellent customer orientation, analytical skills, and written and verbal communication.
