Account Director, Client Services

Location: London, United Kingdom; hybrid, with teams in the office around four days a week. This is a UK-based role and requires the right to work in the United Kingdom.

What you will do

• Lead and oversee end-to-end delivery of assigned campaigns and projects, serving as the primary escalation point.
• Manage client relationships, resolve issues and barriers, and drive client satisfaction.
• Oversee multi-channel media campaigns across Search, Brand & Reputation, and YouTube.
• Lead direct reports, provide day-to-day guidance and actionable feedback, and support long-term development.
• Manage campaign financials, budgets, revenue forecasting, and team utilisation.
• Identify strategic growth opportunities and propose new solutions within assigned client campaigns.

Requirements

• Proven and demonstrable experience in an Account Director role.
• Track record of delivering end-to-end campaigns.
• Strong leadership and communication skills.
• Ability to guide strategic direction and foster cross-functional collaboration.
• Solid expertise in media strategy and agency operations.
• Degree or equivalent professional experience, plus the right to work in the United Kingdom.
