What you will do

• Guide media agency partners to invest in audioXi and expand digital audio sales.
• Attract new advertisers and develop the existing client portfolio.
• Manage the sales process from client briefing through delivery.
• Develop customer strategies, create commercial proposals, and drive revenue growth.
• Coordinate with agency hub teams, podcast counterparts, and wider Bauer commercial teams on partnership responses.
• Present forecasts, client meeting targets, and market intelligence in weekly team meetings.

Requirements

• Previous experience in a similar sales-focused role.
• Proven success in achieving personal and team revenue targets.
• Experience developing new business and building client relationships.
• Analytical skills and an interest in data-driven insights.
• Proficiency with technological systems and business software.
