Account Director (Digital Audio)

Location: Hybrid role based in London, United Kingdom, with 2–3 days per week in the office

What you will do

• Guide media agency partners to invest in the audioXi digital audio product.
• Generate revenue by attracting new advertisers and developing existing client portfolios.
• Manage the full sales process from client briefing through delivery.
• Promote digital audio and grow its share against other media channels.
• Create commercial proposals and partnership responses that increase advertiser adoption.
• Collaborate with podcast, agency, and wider Bauer commercial teams while contributing forecasts and market intelligence.

Requirements

• Previous experience in a similar sales role.
• Proven success against personal and team revenue targets.
• Experience developing new business and building client relationships.
• Analytical capability and interest in data-driven insights.
• Proficiency with technological systems and business programs.
• Availability to work from the London office an average of 2–3 days per week.
