What you will do
- Prepare and process customer delivery documentation accurately.
- Finalize delivery orders according to company guidelines and release trucks for fleet and forwarding agency deliveries.
- Prepare and process customer returns, including CaRe and compensation billing.
- Process manual documents, upload customer records to the electronic filing system, and maintain site files.
- Capture stock counts during stock takes and support the administration team.
- Contribute to continuous improvement while maintaining strong customer relationships.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree or at least 3 years of relevant work exence.
- Exence in customer service.
- Fluent English.
