What you will do

• Support the design and implementation of HR programmes, talent management policies, frameworks, and processes.
• Collaborate with HR colleagues, business stakeholders, and external partners to align solutions with organisational needs.
• Develop concise policies, frameworks, processes, and communication materials for employees, senior leadership, and executive management.
• Use people analytics, workforce metrics, employee surveys, and KPIs to support evidence-based talent decisions.
• Explore digital tools, emerging technologies, and innovative methodologies to improve HR services and processes.

Requirements

• Master’s degree in Human Resources or a relevant discipline.
• Extensive experience developing and managing HR policies and talent management solutions in large, multicultural, international organisations.
• Strong ability to analyse, interpret, and visualise data and turn insights into actionable recommendations.
• In-depth knowledge of HR best practices, emerging trends, policies, methodologies, and industry developments.
• Excellent stakeholder management, collaboration, English communication, and drafting skills.
