AI Product Ops & AI Enablement Lead

What you will do

• Own the product vision, strategy, prioritization, capacity allocation, and 12–18 month roadmap for the PM Operations and AI Enablement portfolio.
• Define and ship AI-powered tools for the software development lifecycle, including workflows, model choices, guardrails, human-in-the-loop design, quality standards, and cost and latency budgets.
• Lead adoption through pilots, onboarding, enablement content, training, office hours, champions, and support handover.
• Establish lightweight product operating standards covering intake, prioritization, PRDs, documentation, decision logs, and definitions of done.
• Define programme metrics, instrument usage, report results to senior leadership, and manage trade-offs across speed, reliability, cost, and data risk.
• Partner with Legal, Privacy, Security, and IT on data classification, model approval, access, and responsible-AI standards.

Requirements

• Senior product leadership experience in enterprise B2B SaaS with end-to-end ownership from discovery through delivery.
• Hands-on experience designing and shipping generative or agentic AI capabilities in a live product.
• Working fluency in prompt and context design, retrieval, agentic workflows, guardrails, human-in-the-loop design, and model evaluation.
• Experience leading cross-functional teams without direct reporting lines, mentoring product and design practitioners, and embedding operating practices.
• Experience creating or scaling a design system and driving adoption across teams.
• Fluent English required. Strong research, product analytics, facilitation, written communication, commercial judgment, and enablement skills are also required.

Nice to have

• Formal grounding in AI product development and experience with agentic development, LLM evaluation, or observability tooling.
• Familiarity with DORA, SPACE, DX Core 4, AI governance obligations, CI/CD, release operations, or environment management.
• Experience standing up a new function or a founder background.
