AI Product Manager (Libra-Legal AI Assistant) (m/w/d)

Location: Berlin, Germany; hybrid work with remote work up to 3 days per week and from anywhere within the EU for up to 20 days within a twelve-month period

Libra is an AI legal technology business unit within hirify.global, building an AI platform for lawyers and legal teams across Europe.

What you will do

• Own the product area's roadmap from discovery through delivery.
• Prioritize features using customer conversations, customer-facing team input, and usage data.
• Work with Engineering and Design to scope solutions, evaluate trade-offs, and ship features.
• Identify dependencies across product areas before they become delivery bottlenecks.
• Coordinate with marketing, sales, legal engineering, and other internal teams.
• Represent customer needs in prioritization and product trade-off decisions.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent in a relevant technical, legal, or adjacent field.
• At least 2 years of product management experience, including ownership of a customer-facing product area.
• Experience taking product ideas from early concept to live launch.
• Solid technical understanding of AI applications and hands-on interest in using AI tools.
• Experience working with engineers on technical trade-offs and dependencies.
• Excellent English communication skills; German is beneficial.

• Master's degree in a relevant field.
• Background in law or genuine interest in the legal field.
• German language skills.
