Senior Business Analyst (Fintech)

What you will do

• Own complex analytical and business problems from definition through delivery, structuring ambiguous questions into hypotheses and actionable recommendations.
• Build and maintain Net Present Value, unit economics, customer lifetime value, and other analytical models across credit, acquiring, and business account products.
• Analyze customer behavior, product performance, portfolio economics, and large datasets using SQL and Python.
• Design and evaluate A/B tests, holdouts, and natural experiments related to pricing, credit risk, segmentation, and product strategy.
• Develop metrics, dashboards, and analytical frameworks while identifying data gaps and improving measurement methodologies.
• Partner with Product, Finance, Marketing, Engineering, and Growth to communicate insights and influence commercial and strategic decisions.

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience in business analytics, credit analytics, valuations, strategy, customer analytics, or a similar data-driven environment.
• Bachelor’s degree in Mathematics, Physics, Statistics, Economics, or a related quantitative discipline.
• Strong SQL proficiency and experience using Python for data analysis and modeling.
• Experience building analytical models or frameworks from scratch and solving complex, ambiguous business problems.
• Strong commercial judgment, communication, stakeholder management, and presentation skills.
• Familiarity with lending economics, including expected loss, risk-adjusted returns, cohort repayment curves, NPV, or customer lifetime value, is beneficial.
