What you will do

• Act as the primary technical expert for the Airbus SAP BI platform, including its architecture, functionality, and data models.
• Design scalable, high-performance data and analytics solutions using SAP BI and integrate them with enterprise systems and data sources.
• Lead data engineers and technical teams on data ingestion, processing, storage, analysis, and visualization.
• Monitor and optimize SAP BI environments, troubleshoot technical issues, and maintain platform stability.
• Define development and deployment standards, security practices, data governance, and technical documentation.
• Collaborate with central Airbus SAP BI teams, drive platform adoption, and mentor technical colleagues.

Requirements

• Master's degree in Computer Science, Data Engineering, Information Technology, or a related technical field.
• Typically 5+ years of deep hands-on SAP BI experience in a complex enterprise environment, with particularly strong SAP BW knowledge.
• Strong understanding of data warehousing, LSA++ architectures, computing platforms, and data integration tools.
• Programming and scripting proficiency in ABAP, SQL, and/or HANA views, with experience in performance tuning and troubleshooting.
• Experience with Agile development methodologies and strong technical communication skills.
• Fluent English is required; French knowledge is advantageous.
