Digital Campus Tech Lead (Integration Platforms)

Location: Albacete, Spain; hybrid working model with on-site facilities and collaboration requirements.

What you will do

• Own the technical roadmap for the integration ecosystem and design resilient, scalable, and secure patterns for event-driven, synchronous and asynchronous APIs, and batch processing.
• Design, build, and maintain templates for error handling, logging, security, and development standards.
• Develop production-ready platform components and conduct rigorous code reviews.
• Drive adoption of standard schemas, self-service APIs, and documentation for internal developers.
• Build distributed tracing, advanced monitoring, and automated self-healing mechanisms to improve resilience and reduce recovery time.
• Coach and mentor integration engineers while collaborating with the architect and product managers.

Requirements

• Master’s degree or equivalent in Information Technology or a related field.
• Knowledge of integration paradigms, enterprise service patterns, and event-driven architecture.
• Experience designing and managing enterprise-grade API gateways and service meshes.
• Ability to explain technical platform concepts as business value and collaborate empathetically with engineering teams.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills for troubleshooting code and logic flows.
• Documents must be submitted in English.
