Contracts Engineer (Electric Actuators)

What you will do

• Manage customer orders from receipt through delivery and keep customers updated on progress.
• Work with internal departments, partners, and suppliers to prioritize and expedite orders through production release.
• Investigate and resolve customer quality complaints with the Quality department.
• Clarify customer requirements, resolve order queries, and negotiate delivery dates or special requirements.
• Perform accurate contract reviews of customer orders and manage issues through resolution.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or a diploma in higher education.
• At least 2–3 years of relevant experience in a similar role is desirable.
• Technical knowledge of electric and pneumatic actuators, with experience in actuator contract management.
• Understanding of engineering drawings, material pricing, revenue forecasting, and commercial terminology.
• Experience in customer service and manufacturing, engineering, or contractual environments.
• Fluent English, strong negotiation and communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work under pressure.

Nice to have

• Experience with Microsoft AX / D365.
• Experience in the valve industry.
